Our main stream of work is within the insurance sector where we provide a fully managed building service to minor claims through to major incidents – A minimal escape of water claim damaging ceilings through to a complete house fire or serious subsidence damage, flood damage etc. When we are instructed to get involved with the client we take over the claim through to final completion and hand over.

We always liaise with the policy holder at the start of any claim getting the full facts and recording a full survey in order to prepare an estimate for insurance companies etc. On any authorisation a formal letter of intent is sent to all policy holders and a further pre-site meeting takes place in order to finalise material choices, working arrangements and any further needs of the policy holder. Throughout the contract we do monitor and ensure the transition from notification to completion runs as smooth as possible. On ALL completions the job is only considered complete when the policy holder has signed a completion note and is satisfied with works completed.
